Automatic rotary premade bag vacuuming machine
The premade bag simple vacuum packaging machine is designed to accommodate various types of packaging bags, including stand up pouches, ziplock bags, and irregular shaped bags. It is an enhanced version of a bagging machine that incorporates a simple vacuuming device. The vacuuming process is carried out before the bag-top is sealed with heat.

1. SIMPLE VACUUMING
The machine creates a vacuum inside the bag, removing air and reducing oxygen levels. This helps to extend the shelf life of the packaged product and prevent spoilage.
2. FULLY AUTOMATIC BAG FEEDING SYSTEM
The system is equipped with a gripping arm that efficiently and accurately retrieves bags from the bag magazine. The mechanical arm securely grasps the bags and transfers them to the machine clamps on the working turntable, ready for the bag opening process. This automated system aids in streamlining the packaging process, reducing manual labor, and enhancing overall efficiency and productivity.
3. BAG OPENING STATION, NO OPENING, NO FILLING, NO SEALING
The bag opening station is customized based on the hanging hole on the bag, ensuring the proper distance for the opening suction cup to ensure correct bag opening. The station is also equipped with a detection device that prevents material from being dispensed or the bag from being sealed if it is not properly opened, thus avoiding wastage of bags.
