10-station retort bag doypack packing machine

In response to diverse packaging needs from our customers, we've developed our innovative 10-working-station doypack machine. The greater number of stations allows for finer rotation of the machine's divider, effectively reducing the rotation time of the bag machine's central turntable. This enhancement significantly boosts operational speed, meeting the demand for increased velocity and multifunctionality.

Equipped with 10 working stations, this machine adeptly accommodates various bag packaging requirements, facilitating the simultaneous packaging of multiple materials, such as premade food.

1.MULTI-STATION MATERIAL FEEDING

Our machine can be configured with one or multiple stations for accommodating diverse materials, such as various forms of meat sauce, liquids, or pre-cooked ingredients, meeting a range of packaging needs.

2.BAG-TOP AIR BLOWING FUNCTION

Equipped with a bag mouth air blowing function, once material feeding is complete, it efficiently removes excess liquid from the bag's mouth, ensuring a neater and more visually appealing seal.

3.CODING OPTIONS

After sealing, the retort bag undergoes a steaming process where the ribbon coding may fade due to the influence of high temperature and steam.

4.MORE DURABILITY AND ROBUSTNESS

The machine's stainless steel thickness of 18mm complies with food packaging hygiene standards, ensuring durability and robustness.

5.TOUCH SCREEN, EASY TO OPERATION

Our doypack machine is compatible with various bag sizes, making it incredibly convenient to switch between them:  a).Measure the bag's width.

b).Manually rotate the bag compartment's handwheel to place the bag inside.

3).Input the bag's width value on the touchscreen, and the machine's clamps will automatically adjust to match the bag's width.
