1.PRECISE PORTION CONTROL

DATE CODING FEATURE The machine comes with a standard color ribbon date coding feature, which helps save costs while ensuring clear printing. Additionally optional features such as inkjet coding. laser coding. or thermal transfer printing can be selected based on specific requirements.
2.ZIPPER LOCKING AND HEAT SEALING
The machine can be optionally equipped with a zipper locking function, which can be added either before or after the heat sealing process. The addition of a zipper ensures that the contents inside the bag do not contaminate the zipper during transportation, and it keeps the bag opening clean and tidy when opened. This feature provides convenience for pet owners to reseal the bag and maintain the freshness of the pet food. A variety of heat sealing are available: straight line sealing, mesh sealing, dot sealing, line sealing, etc.
3.EASY OF OPERATION
PLC with touch screen control system provides a user-friendly interface for operators to monitor and control various process parameters, such as temperature, pressure, flow, and others. The touch screen can display real-time information and reduce the risk of operator error. It also reduces the cost of automation by reducing the need for additional hardware.
