The Premade Bag Granule Liquid Packaging Machine is an ideal packaging solution for materials that consist of a mixture of granules and liquid. It is commonly used for packaging products like pre-made meals, pickled vegetables, or any other items that require both granules and a liquid component to be filled into pre-formed bags.

1.GRANULE AND LIQUID FILLING SYSTEM

The packaging machine is equipped with bowl-type elevator and liquid filling machine. The bowl-type elevator can handle irregular solid materials, mixtures of various materials, specific quantities of materials, or materials with some liquid content. When both dual filling systems are activated,  the granules are filled into the bags by bowl-type elevator, the liquid filling machine at the next station adds any necessary liquid components such as sauces, seasonings, or other mixtures. This ensures the completion of the packaging process for granular-liquid combinations and is suitable for modern market trends, such as various pre-made meals. The filling system can be activated separately, enabling the individual packaging of granular or liquid products, suitable for manufacturers with different material properties and capable of meeting various packaging needs.

2.CLAMP IS CORROSION-RESISTANT AND EASY TO CLEAN

Clamp of machine is made of 304 stainless steel using sand casting molds and processed through integrated turning. Springs with different elasticity coefficients can be provided based on various packaging needs of the customers regarding weight. This structure ensures the durability and corrosion resistance of the clamping mechanism, enabling long-term reliable use.

3.VERSATILE BAG SIZE COMPATIBILITY

The machine is highly compatible with a wide range of packaging bag sizes. We offer various models of pouch packaging machines to accommodate different bag sizes. One machine can be compatible with bags ranging up to 120mm in width. For instance, our smallest model, the ZM8-200 packaging machine, can handle bags with widths of 80-200mm and lengths of 100-400mm, while our largest model, the ZM8-420, can handle bags with widths of 300-420mm and lengths of 100-450mm.

4.TWO SECURE SEALING STATIONS

2 heat sealings with independent temperature control units are provided, allowing precise adjustment of the sealing bar temperature for different packaging materials, and ensuring easy operation. The primary function of the first heat seal is to precisely seal the bag, while the second heat seal focuses on forming the seal and enhancing the strength of the closure, resulting in a more aesthetically pleasing and secure bag closure.

5.FLEXIBILITY FREQUENCY CONTROL SYSTEM

The machine is equipped with a frequency control system, allowing for the adjustment of the packaging speed within a certain range based on the actual requirements. By adjusting the packaging speed, it can adapt to different production demands, matching the specific requirements of the production line, and ensuring optimal packaging efficiency.

6.STABLE PERFORMANCE

The mechanical structure of a cam is designed to ensure machine stable operation and to resist external forces that may cause wear and tear or degradation of performance over time. Provide a longer service life.

7.EASY OF OPERATION

PLC with touch screen control system provides a user-friendly interface for operators to monitor and control various process parameters, such as temperature, pressure, flow, and others. The touch screen can display real-time information and reduce the risk of operator error. It also reduces the cost of automation by reducing the need for additional hardware.
