1.CUSTOMIZED SEMI-AUTO CONVEYOR SYSTEM

Bucket elevators are auxiliary devices used to lift materials to the required height and deposit them into the packaging machine. They can be customized in size according to the layout of a customer's factory site. Linked with our bagging machine, when the packaging machine sends a material dropping signal to the bucket elevator, it operates at a designated station, accurately depositing the materials into the bag.

2.TAPPING-TYPE AIR EXHAUST

Our machine's 7th station is equipped with a tapping-type air exhaust that releases excess gas from the bag, flattens the bag more evenly, reduces the volume of the packaged product, and facilitates secondary packaging, ultimately reducing transportation costs for customers.

4.EASY TO OPERATE BY TOUCH SCREEN

The machine utilizes the Siemens PLC operating system. Enter the size of bag width on touch screen, and clamps will automatically adjust to the required size, making operation easy. In case of issues like insufficient air pressure during operation, the touchscreen will display the error and trigger a machine stoppage alarm.
