Vial Sterilization Drying Oven

Vial hot air circulating tunnel sterilization drying oven is primarily used in pharmaceutical factories for the drying, sterilization, and removal of heat sources from antibiotic vials, molded bottles, ampoules, infusion bottles, and oral liquid containers. This machine ensures that the bottles are exposed to a temperature greater than or equal to 300 degrees Celsius for a continuous period of no less than 5 minutes, meeting the process requirements for drying, sterilization, and heat source removal.

This machine can be used as a standalone unit or integrated into a fully automatic production line with a bottle washing machine in front and filling, capping, and oral liquid filling and sealing machines behind it. The overall structure of the machine is tunnel-type, consisting of three sections: preheating, high-temperature sterilization, and cooling. It utilizes the principle of laminar airflow with hot air and high-temperature air sterilization to effectively sterilize and remove heat sources from the bottles. It offers uniform heat distribution and excellent heat source removal efficiency. All electrical components of the equipment are of international brands.
