Ultrasonic Bottle Washing Machine

Bulk bottles are fed into the ultrasonic cleaning tank by the bottle arranging machine. After approximately 80 seconds of ultrasonic cleaning, the bottles are lifted by the elevating wheel, gripped by a robotic arm, and then rotated 180 degrees so that the bottle neck is facing downward. As the rotary table underneath rotates clockwise, six sets of water spray pipes equipped with nozzles follow and insert the nozzles into the bottles to perform a secondary circulating water cleaning according to the programmed sequence. The process includes one cycle of compressed air followed by a secondary purification of compressed air cleaning. Additionally, there is water vapor spraying on the exterior of the bottles. This completes the bottle cleaning process. After the bottles are cleaned, a robotic arm flips them right side up (bottle neck facing up) and transfers them to a tunnel drying oven using a conveyor wheel. The bottle washing machine controls its production capacity through variable frequency speed control and ensures the coordination of the timing of each washing process through PLC programming.
