Vial Production Line

This integrated line is designed for the production of oral liquid using glass bottles as packaging material. After the bottles are unpacked, they are automatically processed through a series of operations, including ultrasonic coarse washing, "three-water three-air" precision washing, tunnel sterilization and drying, liquid filling with tracking, automatic capping, and high-speed capping. The production line consists of a vertical ultrasonic bottle washing machine, a tunnel-type radiant heating oven (tunnel-type hot air circulation oven), and an oral liquid filling and capping machine. The entire process is automated and controlled by a PLC.

The entire production line utilizes advanced control system technology, enabling both standalone and interlocking control for stable and reliable performance. The oral liquid filling machine is user-friendly, operates at high speed, and has a low bottle breakage rate.

·Bottle washing is performed with robotic bottle gripping and tracking insertions for alternating "three-water three-air" rinsing, ensuring effective bottle cleaning. 

·High-temperature sterilization and disinfection are achieved through radiant heating or hot air circulation, ensuring even heat distribution and effective sterilization and drying. 

·Metering pumps or peristaltic pumps can be set as needed, and tracking filling is employed to ensure high dosing accuracy with no dripping, foaming, or splashing for most liquid types. 

·Traditional three-blade capping is used to ensure a tight seal on bottle caps.
