Vial Filling Capping Machine is primarily used for filling and capping operations for glass bottles of oral liquid or other small-dose liquids. It can be used as a standalone production unit or integrated into a production line.

· The vial filling and capping machine consists of a bottle conveying turntable, positioning mechanism, filling system, outer cap sorting conveyor, capping mechanism, bottle ejection system, frame, and control section.

· It employs a large turntable for bottle feeding, reciprocating rotary tracking filling, and a three-blade flexible rolling cap method, automating the processes of bottle feeding, filling, cap alignment, cap attachment, and capping.
