Automatic granule counting filling capping bottling line

This fully automated tablet and capsule counting and bottling line is an efficient packaging solution. Simply place empty bottles into the bottle sorting machine manually, and the rest of the process is entirely automated. The equipment can handle various soft and hard capsules, tablets, and pills, accurately filling them into bottles through either an 8 or 16-channel counter, followed by capping. Additionally, the botting line is equipped with aluminum foil sealing and bottle labeling functionalities, providing a comprehensive packaging solution for pharmaceuticals or supplements, ensuring efficient and precise packaging.

1.BOTTLE UNSCRAMBLING MACHINE

This high-speed automatic bottle sorting machine is primarily used for automatic sorting of plastic round and square bottles in pharmaceutical enterprises. It can also be employed in plastic bottle packaging production lines within chemical, light industry, and food industries. The equipment is an integrated electromechanical device, featuring convenient operation, simple maintenance, and reliable performance. Both the machine frame and the hopper are constructed from stainless steel, complying with GMP requirements. It is equipped with air blowing rejection functionality, automatically removing reversed bottles to ensure that only bottles free from residual impurities enter the subsequent processing stages.

2.DESICCANT INSERTING MACHINE

Suitable for various specifications of desiccants, including 0.5g, 1g, 2g, etc. The machine can achieve a speed of up to 120 packs per minute, ensuring accurate filling of desiccants.

3.GRANULE COUNTING MACHINE

Suitable for soft and hard capsules, transparent capsules, tablets, pellets, and other solid medicinal granules. The parts in contact with the product are made of AISI316 stainless steel, meeting GMP requirements. It uses a three-stage vibratory electromagnetic oscillation to ensure rapid granule separation. The vibrating disk for material conveyance features one-click unlocking, pneumatic separation, and tool-free disassembly, facilitating cleaning and maintenance. The machine utilizes electronic counting with granule rejection functionality to ensure counting accuracy. Equipped with detection devices for no-bottle stoppage, granule shortage, automatic rejection of fragments, it boasts high automation levels. The machine is available in 8-channel and 16-channel specifications to accommodate different production needs. (The speed for the 8-channel mode ranges from 10-60 bottles/minute, while the 16-channel mode can go up to 60-100 bottles/minute.)

4. CAPPING MACHINE

Versatile and suitable for round, square, and flat capping, featuring both capping and screw capping functions. Similar to the cap elevating machine, it includes a floor-type large-capacity cap storage hopper, reducing the need for frequent refilling. PLC control and variable frequency speed regulation are employed. It offers a wide adjustment range for caps, bottle neck sizes, and bottle heights within the adjustable range without requiring mold or capping head replacements. Cap slippage, damage, or bottle threading are prevented during the screw capping process. Equipped with features for inclined cap threading, automatic rejection of inadequately sealed or unsealed bottles.

· High-Frequency Aluminum Foil Sealing Machine (water-cooled)

Utilizes non-contact electromagnetic induction heating to fuse the aluminum foil inside the bottle mouth, achieving sealing objectives.

Water cooling effect; equipped with settings for aluminum foil rejection.

· Labeling Machine

Applicable for surface labeling of various round bottles. The machine body is made of 304 stainless steel and employs PLC control and variable frequency speed regulation. Equipped with label absence detection and no coding detection devices.
