· Online Material Inspection

·Instruction Manual Folding and Conveying

If the product requires an instruction manual or leaflet, the machine can fold the manuals (1 to 4 times) and insert them into the cartons.

·Carton forming

 The machine can pick up flat paperboard carton blanks, shape them into cartons, and then convey them to the filling station.

·Material Insertion into Cartons

Sachets or packets are automatically fed into the cartons as they move along the production line.

·Batch Number Printing

 The machine is capable of imprinting batch numbers or other relevant information on the cartons, providing traceability and product identification.

·Sealing of Carton Ends

The machine seals both ends of the paper cartons using paper tongues or hot melt glue, ensuring the contents are securely enclosed.

·Missing Material Rejection

If any sachets or packets are missing or improperly filled, the machine can detect and reject these cartons to maintain product quality and accuracy.

·Finished Product Output

The completed cartons, each containing the specified number of sachets or packets, are output from the machine for further packaging, labeling, or distribution.
