Side-loading case packer

Side-loading case packer is a machine that is primarily used for packaging carton-in-box type products. The products are fed into the stacking unit where they are arranged into rows and stacked onto a holding plate assembly. Once the desired number of rows have been stacked, the collated products are pushed into an open corrugated box. After the products are loaded into the case, the case flaps are folded and closed.

· The entire machine integrates manual feeding and automatic box packing, with a high degree of automation.

· The machine is equipped with an alloy frame and an organic glass shield. The balcony-style design allows for easy maintenance and cleaning of the workstations. The machine is aesthetically pleasing and fully complies with GMP requirements.

· The machine adopts a control system from either Schneider in France or Siemens in Germany, combined with multiple servo motors and dual servo mechanical arms, along with imported slides.

· Each workstation is precise and equipped with photoelectric detection, fault alarms, and material protection.

· The material bin position detection, delivery detection, and tape detection ensure product quality.

· The adjustment of each workstation for different specifications is done quickly and easily with interchangeable self-locking wrenches, rocker switches, and handwheels, providing high versatility.
